At Mayline Confection, every item is made to order, especially for you.
We keep no stock: your seed paper cards and seed packets are created according to your choices, once your order is confirmed.

Final sales
Because they are made to order, all our products are considered final.
No returns, exchanges or refunds are accepted.

Cancellation
An order cannot be cancelled once it is confirmed. Production begins promptly so that we can meet our timelines, which makes cancellation impossible.

Customizable products
For customizable orders, a proof is presented to you before printing. This is the time to carefully check the text, colours and layout. Once this proof is approved, production begins and the order becomes final.

An error on our part
We take great care with every order. Should you receive a defective item or one that does not match your order, contact us within 5 days of receipt, with photos. We will make it right at no charge.

Shipping address
Please make sure your address is accurate at the time of ordering. Mayline Confection is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
