5. Delivery

Delivery is available within Canada only.
Estimated delivery times: 1 to 6 business days, not guaranteed.
Additional charges may apply for remote or hard-to-reach areas; in such cases, we will contact you prior to shipping.
If an incorrect address is provided, the costs of returning and reshipping the package will be borne by you.
Mayline Confection is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, peak periods, or events beyond our control.

6. Promotions

From time to time, we may offer coupons, gift cards, discounts, or other promotions.
These promotions are valid only for the specified duration and under the stated conditions.
They may not be transferred, reproduced, exchanged, or resold without our written consent.

7. Return and Refund Policy

Due to the perishable and/or customized nature of our Products, no returns or refunds are accepted.
All orders are final and binding, unless a defect attributable to Mayline Confection is proven.

11. Translation

This Site may be translated automatically using Google Translate. In case of discrepancies, the French version shall prevail.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec.
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
If no resolution is reached, you may resort to consumer mediation procedures.
