Frequently asked questions
Can the seeds be sown right away?
Yes, in spring: your recipients can plant their card or sow their packet as soon as they receive it. If received in February or March, they keep until sowing time, and even for up to two years in a cool, dry place away from light.
Can it be customized with our organization's name or logo?
Yes. The customizable option lets you adapt the text, fonts, colours and logo. Our graphic designer handles the adaptation and emails you a proof before printing.
Can we order for a whole class, a team or an organization?
Absolutely. Progressive discounts are applied automatically in your cart from 10 units, and increase at 20, 50, 100 and 250 units.
Is there a minimum to place an order?
No, you can order from a single unit. Our cards and packets are, however, designed to be given to a whole group. Every order ships by mail with a tracking number, so for just a few units, shipping often makes up most of the total. From 10 units, a discount applies automatically in your cart.
