Return and cancellation policy

At Mayline Confection, every item is made to order, especially for you.
We keep no stock: your seed paper cards and seed packets are created according to your choices, once your order is confirmed.

Final sales
Because they are made to order, all our products are considered final. No returns, exchanges or refunds are accepted in case of a change of mind. Defective or non-conforming items are an exception: see the "An error on our part" section below.

Cancellation

For customizable products, you can cancel your order as long as you haven't approved your visual proof. Approving the proof confirms the order and starts production.
For ready-to-order products, production begins quickly so we can meet our lead times, which means orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Customizable products
For customizable orders, a proof is presented to you before printing. This is the time to carefully check the text, colours and layout. Once this proof is approved, production begins and the order becomes final.

An error on our part

We take great care with every order.

If you receive a defective item, or one that doesn't match your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery, with photos. We'll replace the item free of charge, or refund you, as you prefer. No return shipment is required and no fees apply: you keep the items you received.

Shipping address
Please make sure your address is accurate at the time of ordering. Mayline Confection is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
