3. Payment, processing times, and shipping
Simple and secure payment
Pay easily for your purchases directly in our online shop by credit card, PayPal, or Interac e-Transfer. Your order will be processed as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Processing times
Once your design has received final approval, we begin production. Your order will be ready within 3 to 5 business days, depending on the quantity. For orders of 200 units or more, please allow 5 to 7 business days.

Directly in our online shop, each product page includes a customization section where you can add your text and recommendations. Once we receive your order, we create your design proof and send it by email for approval within 12 to 24 h (business days).
