Do you have a print-ready file? We accept the following formats:

• High-resolution, print-ready files
• Accepted formats: AI, EPS, PDF, PNG (JPEG not accepted)
• Illustrations only (no photographs)
• Avoid fonts or logos that are too small

4. Payment, processing times, and shipping

Pay easily for your purchases directly in our online shop by credit card, PayPal, or Interac e-Transfer. Your order will be processed as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Processing times
Once your design is approved, we begin production. Your order is ready within 2 to 4 business days depending on quantity. For large orders (300 units or more), allow 4 to 6 business days.
Delivery to Canada
Standard (with tracking) :

- Other provinces: 2–6 business days
Express (with tracking) :
- Canada: 1–2 business days

Directly in our online shop, each product page includes a customization section where you can add your text and recommendations. Once we receive your order, we create your design proof and send it by email for approval within 12 to 24 h (business days).
